Spend 21 days (post COVID-19, we have reduced YTT days as per local authority guidelines and made curriculum changes accordingly) in our residential program to learn Hatha Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama & Meditation, and concepts of Ayurveda.
